Slipway First Launch Foundation Sprint 01
Slipway completed its First Launch foundation sprint with source-traced VeritySpec records, deterministic launch-channel content, product-local C# runtime contracts, accessibility defaults, no-active-puzzle-commerce guardrails, and green main verification.
Slipway completed its first playable First Launch foundation sprint.
The sprint turns the imported harbor-tray puzzle design into a traceable Journey foundation. The repository now has VeritySpec records for Journey, the First Launch core loop, J01_001 First Launch, deterministic slide validation, target-exit authoring, local progress, accessibility claims, settings/support/privacy/restore visibility, and no-active-puzzle-commerce guardrails.
Structured content now models first-launch-foundation: a 5x5 tutorial board with a top-left coordinate origin, one gold target vessel, one vertical silver blocker, a right-side slipway exit, movement rules, star thresholds, hint copy, settings defaults, local progress, disabled service flags, planned Remove Forced Ads entitlement modeling, and blocked commerce surfaces. The content validator replays clean first clear, drag-control parity, blocked target movement, reset, undo, hinted two-star clear, active-puzzle commerce blocking, and Relax replay cases.
On the Unity side, the sprint added product-local pure C# foundation code that compiles without the Unity editor. It models content ids, move intent, axis-locked movement, collision, channel clearance, target launch, move-count stars, local progress, best result saving, settings, support/privacy/restore availability, commerce blocking, and future forced-interstitial eligibility. The shared Unity package remains planned and was not installed.
The sprint merged through pull request #4 at commit 7a71cee with CI 28608576866, Content Validation 28608576825, VeritySpec 28608576856, and CodeQL 28608576561 plus 28608589093 green on main. The next step is to turn First Launch into a visible Unity scene with board rendering, target/blocker visuals, drag and tap controls, undo, reset, results, settings, support, privacy, restore, and later Unity runner-backed tests.
