Pulse Step: A Drummer's Path Playable Count-In Run Foundation Sprint 01
Pulse Step completed its playable Count-In Run foundation sprint with source-traced VeritySpec records, deterministic Strike Pad replay, product-local C# runtime contracts, accessibility defaults, no-active-play-commerce guardrails, and green main verification.
Pulse Step: A Drummer's Path completed its first playable Count-In Run foundation sprint.
The sprint turns the imported design package into a traceable first rhythm-runner loop. The repository now has VeritySpec records for the Story Tour mode, the core rhythm-run loop, Song 001 Count-In Run Easy, deterministic Strike Pad timing, result settlement, local progress, accessibility claims, and no-active-play-commerce guardrails.
Structured content now models song_001_easy_v1: an eight-cue Easy chart in Threshold Yard at 96 BPM. The content validator replays Pulse Perfect, mixed timing, one-miss protected recovery, briefing in-progress, blocked active-gameplay commerce, assisted timing category, future post-run interstitial eligibility, and Remove Ads suppression cases.
On the Unity side, the sprint added product-local pure C# foundation code that compiles without the Unity editor. It models Count-In Run input, timing judgments, score, accuracy, combo, Groove, rank, stars, Beat Coins, XP, local progress, leaderboard category, commerce blocking, and forced-interstitial eligibility.
The sprint merged through pull request #4 at commit 7461a27 with CI, content validation, VeritySpec validation, and CodeQL green on main. The next step is to turn the Count-In Run foundation into a visible Unity scene with DSP-scheduled playback, cue lane rendering, input timestamp capture, pause/retry/results, settings, support, privacy, restore, and later Unity runner-backed test surfaces.
