Pipe Twine: Flow Grid completed its playable First Flow foundation sprint with source-traced VeritySpec records, deterministic pipe-flow content replay, product-local C# runtime contracts, accessibility and no-commerce guardrails, and green main verification.

Pipe Twine: Flow Grid completed its first playable First Flow foundation sprint.

The sprint turns the source design package into a traceable first puzzle loop. The repository now has VeritySpec records for the calm pipe-rotation product promise, Journey's core session loop, the C01-L001 First Flow encounter, tap-to-rotate input, reciprocal socket flow evaluation, ribbon settlement, local progress, accessibility claims, and no-commerce guardrails.

Structured content now models journey_c01_l001: a 3x3 board with one fixed source, one movable straight pipe, and one required sink. One clockwise tap rotates the center pipe into a source-to-sink connection. The content validator replays perfect one-tap clear, over-par clear, hinted clear, reset-then-clear, unsolved in-progress, and active-board commerce-blocked cases.

On the Unity side, the sprint added product-local pure C# foundation code that compiles without the Unity editor. It models socket masks, tile rotation, flow traversal, leaks, Flow Restored, Clean Flow, Perfect Weave, earned spools, the First Flow achievement, local progress, settings defaults, and forced-interstitial blocking.

The sprint merged through pull request #4 at commit b55722f with CI, content validation, VeritySpec validation, CodeQL, and the main push workflow green. The next step is to turn the First Flow foundation into a Unity scene with a visible board, HUD controls, undo, reset, completion panel, settings, support path, safe-area layout, and later EditMode/PlayMode coverage once the Unity runner is configured.
