Pawnbright Hall: The Cursed Square completed its first playable First Flame foundation sprint.
The sprint anchors the game in C0-R01 **First Flame**, the first Candle Foyer tutorial room from the source design package. The repository now has VeritySpec records for the gothic puzzle tactics product promise, the core room session loop, Lumen's first movement foundation, the Sleeping/Scorch Cursed Square, result Candles, local progress, accessibility claims, and no-commerce guardrails.
Structured content now models c0_r01_first_flame: a 5x5 room where Lumen reaches the lit door, the Cursed Square sits as an inspectable Sleeping hazard, Brilliance rewards a 4-turn clear, Grace rewards a clear without major assist, and first clear relights the map node, unlocks C0-R02, and records the first archive fragment locally. The content validator replays optimal clear, slow clear, Solution Ghost clear, curse failure, and active-board commerce-blocked cases.
On the Unity side, the sprint added product-local pure C# foundation code that compiles without the Unity editor. It models First Flame run inputs, clear/failure resolution, Candle awards, feedback keys, forced-interstitial blocking, settings defaults, local progress, and best-result storage.
The sprint merged through pull request #4 at commit 48dcc97 with CI, content validation, VeritySpec validation, and CodeQL green on main. The next step is to turn the First Flame foundation into a Unity scene with a visible board, room card, HUD controls, inspect panel, result flow, settings, recovery controls, and Hall Map relight.
