Loose Cargo: Bumpy Roads completed its playable New Hire Nudge foundation sprint with source-traced VeritySpec records, deterministic content replay, product-local C# runtime code, and green main verification.

Loose Cargo: Bumpy Roads completed its first playable New Hire Nudge foundation sprint.

The sprint converts the source design package into a traceable first delivery contract. The repository now has VeritySpec records for Contract 1 briefing, starter loadout, Living Load replay, results inspection, immediate retry, first-session settings, support access, local progress, accessibility claims, and first-contract commerce blocking.

Structured content now models flats_001 New Hire Nudge, Porchlight Flats, the Cardboard Stack starter cargo, the Depot Cub starter bike, the small curb sequence route, control presets, settings defaults, and a local progress snapshot. The content validator replays smooth three-star, rough one-star, destroyed-cargo retry, and active-driving commerce-blocked samples.

On the Unity side, the sprint added product-local pure C# foundation code that compiles without the Unity editor. It models delivery run inputs, cargo integrity, impact/vibration/slide damage, elapsed time, smoothness, score, stars, top damage cause, feedback keys, retry suggestions, commerce eligibility, settings, and local saved-result data.

The sprint merged through pull request #4 at commit c1c6e76 with CI, content validation, VeritySpec validation, and CodeQL green on main. The next step is to build New Hire Nudge into a Unity scene with visible cargo state, route blockout, HUD warnings, pause, retry, settings, support access, and results inspection, then add EditMode and PlayMode coverage.
