Lemonade Lane: Stand by Stand completed its first playable First Stand Day foundation sprint.
The sprint converts the Day 1 Welcome Wagon design into traceable production material. The repository now has VeritySpec records for daily market planning, deterministic open-stand simulation, Day Results reason cards, first-session progress and settings, accessibility claims, Day 1 commerce blocking, and local evidence.
Structured content now models Porchlight Front, Classic Sunny, Safe/Balanced/Big Day stock plans, No Promo, Chalk Sign, Sunny Mild weather, Welcome Wagon event pressure, settings defaults, and a local progress snapshot. The content validator replays three-star, understocked, negative-profit recovery, and blocked-commerce samples so the foundation can be checked before the Unity scene exists.
On the Unity side, the sprint added pure C# foundation code that compiles without the Unity editor. It models traffic, recipe fit, price reaction, demand, served customers, waste, profit, satisfaction, neighbor trust, score, stars, recovery suggestions, accessibility settings, local progress, and early-commerce eligibility.
The sprint merged through pull request #4 at commit 4c16d64 with CI, content validation, VeritySpec validation, and CodeQL green on main. The next step is to build the Welcome Wagon foundation as a portrait Unity scene, then add EditMode and PlayMode coverage for planning validation, open-stand replay, result reasons, settings, progress save, pause/undo behavior, support access, and first-session commerce blocking.
