Foldlume: Shape Puzzles completed its first playable fold foundation sprint with traceable fold rules, Bloom starter content, deterministic runtime code, and local verification.

Foldlume: Shape Puzzles has completed its first playable production sprint.

The sprint moved the core paper-folding promise out of the design package and into traceable production assets: VeritySpec records now describe fold preview and commit, face flipping, stack reversal, undo/reset/local progress, Lumes, accessibility settings, and the active-puzzle no-commerce rule.

The repository now includes structured Bloom starter content for five tutorial levels. The content validator also replays each level's canonical fold route against its target, which gives the starter boards a practical check beyond basic JSON shape.

On the Unity side, the sprint added a pure C# fold foundation that can compile without the Unity editor. It models finite-grid reflection, invalid fold reasons, stack landing, target evaluation, Lume rating, accessibility settings, local progress snapshots, and active-play commerce gating.

This is not a release-ready game build yet. Unity runner tests and device smoke work are still future production items. The value of this sprint is the foundation: the first playable behavior now has records, content, code, tests, and evidence aligned around the same product truth.
