Fellcrown: War of the Broken Sun completed its first playable combat foundation sprint with traceable Blackroad Wake records, structured content, and deterministic Unity runtime code.

Fellcrown: War of the Broken Sun completed its first playable combat foundation sprint.

The sprint turned the redesign package into traceable production material for Blackroad Wake, the first Ashen March combat mission. The foundation now covers Auren Vale, movement to the sunseal, readable red-cone danger, dodge timing, Thorn Three attacks, Aegis Break guard pressure, deterministic results, and first-clear rewards.

The VeritySpec records now represent telegraph readability, bounded input forgiveness, guard-break burst timing, deterministic reward visibility, no-commerce-before-results rules, campaign-valid accessibility settings, and retry-safe failure feedback.

Structured content now has stable IDs, localization keys, source references, unlock paths, economy posture, and QA expectations for The Ashen March, Auren Vale, Blackroad Wake, rescue objectives, first combat actions, first-clear rewards, results, and combat readability settings.

On the Unity side, the deterministic runtime model represents mission start, accessibility readiness, movement, telegraph reading, dodge timing, basic attacks, guard break, score/rank/stars, base rewards, optional reward eligibility after results, and commercial-surface blocking. It also passed a pure C# compile smoke with zero warnings and zero errors.

This is still before full scene implementation. The next Fellcrown step is to extend the foundation into Mission 1-02, Shrine of Soot, and add the first hero upgrade path after Blackroad Wake results.
