Azalee's Cat Café Playable Café Foundation Sprint 01
Azalee's Cat Café completed its first playable-café sprint with traceable VeritySpec records, seed content, and deterministic Unity runtime code.
Azalee's Cat Café completed its first playable-café foundation sprint.
The sprint converted the redesign package into a traceable first-session foundation: Mochi, three tutorial recipes, two order cards, Flow progression, deterministic round rewards, the Front Room, the starter Window Plant, and the first quest gate now move together through records, content, code, tests, and evidence.
The VeritySpec records cover order-card matching, tap and drag input equivalence, Flow's gentle recovery rule, deterministic reward disclosure, Mochi bonding, starter decoration placement, cat welfare guardrails, and the rule that the first session cannot show monetization before service, cat introduction, and decoration are complete.
Structured content now has localization keys, source references, unlock paths, economy posture, and QA expectations for Mochi, Strawberry Donut, Vanilla Cupcake, Foam Latte, Front Room 1-01, Window Plant, Coins, Hearts, Energy, and A Warm Welcome.
On the Unity side, the deterministic runtime model represents service start, serving through drag or tap-tap input, Flow tier resolution, star and reward calculation, Mochi bond progress, decoration placement, first quest completion, and the first-session monetization gate.
This still sits before scene implementation. The next Azalee step is to build the Bootstrap scene and connect it to the runtime model so the cozy loop becomes visible and playable in Unity.
